You’ve probably heard the terms “self-love” or “self-care” floating around a lot lately but many of us have no idea what they mean or how we even practice them. So we thought we’d kick off 2017 by presenting you with TRiBE’s Self-Care Toolkit, a practical guide which discusses the importance of self-care as well as the steps you can take to ensure that you are taking care of yourself.
We’d like to say a big thank you to Lisa Bent, a therapist and the founder of Self-Central, who wrote the Self-Care Toolkit and to Kara-Jessica Mallett, a current TRiBE member, who designed the toolkit.
